Agreement to Terms
By accessing Maps Freight Solutions, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our platform serves as an aggregator connecting Shippers with Fleet Owners/Drivers. We do not own trucks or employ drivers directly.
Platform Role
MapsFreight is a digital marketplace. While we verify documentation, the actual contract of carriage is between the Shipper and the Fleet Owner. We are not liable for transit delays or cargo damage beyond our specified insurance protocols.
Payment Escrow
Payments are collected via Razorpay and held in an escrow-like mechanism. Funds are released to the provider only upon successful verification of the delivery OTP provided by the shipper.
Cargo Liability
Fleet Owners are responsible for the safety of the cargo during transit. Shippers are advised to declare accurate values and weights. Overloading is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account suspension.
Cancellations
Cancellations after reaching a 'Confirmed' status may incur a penalty fee to compensate the affected party. Refund processing times depend on the banking partner (typically 5-7 business days).
Fair Usage
Users must maintain a minimum 'Trust Score' to remain active. Fraudulent documentation or repeated no-shows will lead to permanent terminal bans from the Mundra/Kandla ecosystem.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kutch (Gujarat) or Mumbai.
Maps Freight Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
